Egyptian writer born on 24 February 1941. He wrote many TV series, films, plays, and radio series including My Dear Children, Thank You, The Berry and the Cane, and Aboud Abdu Aboud. He is the son of poet Ali Al Gamblaty and he has two children, Ghada and Ali.
