Amira is a PE teacher. Salim Al-Khawaja is a very wealthy businessman, who has a wife and a teenage son named Asim. Nader is an attorney who manages to get Amira a divorce.

Medhat, Amira's ex-husband, works at the same school as her. Amira asks her brother Mohamed for her share of their father's inheritance. Nader takes his girlfriend Radwa to one of his clients' party.

Amira tells Nader about her problems with her brother. Nader admonishes Amira for not involving him from the start. Amira accompanies Nader and Radwa to the party. Salim gets attracted to her.

Nader tries to get close to Amira. Asim is attracted to Amira and thinks about her.

Asim tries to assault Amira in the locker room and she kicks him in the genitals. Amira is arrested and suspended from work.

Asim is released from the hospital. Salim asks his assistant Hussein to ensure that Amira gets the worst treatment while in custody.

Nader tells Amira that Asim was found innocent. Medhat tells Radwa that he has an idea that can change the case. His fiancée's colleague sees him talking to Radwa and tells Engy.

Salim finds out that Asim did try to assault Amira. Nader convinces Amira to pretend to be crazy to go to El-Khanka (the mental hospital) instead of prison.

Asim becomes depressed and Amira is transferred to El-Khanka.

Amira tries to adapt to her life in the prison ward of the hospital. Salim refuses to drop the charges against Amira. A fire breaks out in the hospital ward.

Salim tries to get close to the TV presenter Nour. Asim and his friend Mazen run away from school.

Salim gets Nader fired from the law firm he works at. Medhat and Engy prepare the apartment where they will get married.

Amira'a mother dies. Salim finds out that Asim is taking drugs.

Asim tries to sleep with his classmate but his impotence stands in the way. Salim finds Asim's classmate in the house. Amira grows depressed and tries to commit suicide.

Amira and Heidi become friends. A new prisoner arrives at the hospital. Amira tries to convince a medical committee that she is unhinged.

Lara gets close to Asim and earns his trust. Amira is drugged and gets locked up with the new prisoner.

Salim discovers that Hussein tried to get Amira killed behind his back. Amira and Heidi escape from the hospital.

Amira and Heidi's escape attempt fails. Dr. Raed helps them to escape again. The new prisoner tries to kill herself. Asim and Lara fall in love.

Tia and Adel have an affair and Salim sees them at a bar. Amira calls Nader and arranges a meeting. Nour incites the public against Amira.

Mohamed reports Amira and Nader's location to the police. Amira follows Asim and confronts him.

Asim tells Amira he can not confess the truth because of his father. Lara tells Asim that she loves him.

Heidi's husband kills her. Asim tries to get Salim to help Amira but he refuses. Lara starts bleeding after losing her virginity to Asim.

Nader goes to meet the widow of a worker who died while working in Salim's company. Mazen quarrels with Asim over what he did to Lara.

Mazen tells Medhat about Asim and Lara. Asim tells his father that he wants to marry Lara.

Salim threatens to kill Tia and makes her sign a procuration to seize all her property.

Amira lies to Salim and tells him that she kidnapped Asim and forces him to drop the charges. But he tricks her and calls the police and they arrest her.

Salim kills Adel. Amira is sentenced to five years in prison. She is released after completing her sentence. Salim runs for parliament against Lara's father, Rashad. Mazen is married to Lara.

Nour hosts Amira on her show and Amira unexpectedly praises Salim and confesses that she regrets what she did. Mazen tells Rashad that Asim is the one who had a relationship with Lara.

Nader and Amira plot against Salim. Nader manages to turn Hussein against Salim. Salim wins the elections and throws a party.

Amira meets Salim at his party and he tries to poison her. Mazen kills Asim. Salim is arrested because of an incriminating recording that Hussein recorded and he is sent to El-Khanka.
