Eliwa suffers from his undeclared feelings towards Nadia, and he refuses to marry Bataa, while Omar asks Nadia to postpone their marriage until he returns from Germany.

Zagloula's plans to make Eliwa fall in love with Bataa fail. Nadia feigns illness to pressure Omar into marrying her, so he evades the matter. Medhat tries to convince Shawky to propose to Nevin.

Nadia receives death threats from an anonymous. The police arrest Eliwa for evading conscription, so he tries to prove that he doesn't have any brothers.

Nadia asks Hanafi to pretend that he is her fiancé as a new plot to provoke Omar. The police release Eliwa after he submits a family record that proves that he is an only child. Bataa evades Senussi because of her love for Eliwa.

Eliwa travels to Cairo in an attempt to see Nadia after discovering that she has received death threats. Bataa refuses to marry Senussi.

The police arrest Eliwa and Abdel Aal on charges of sending Nadia death threats. Nadia confesses to Hanafi that she forged the letters in an attempt to marry Omar and decides to intervene to get Eliwa out of the case.

Nadia takes advantage of Eliwa in her plan to take revenge on Omar by telling the police that Eliwa is her fiancé, while she refuses to visit her ex-husband Youssef after he is admitted to a mental hospital.

Shawky confesses his love for Nevin. As Farghali proposes to Azhar, he discovers that Azhar's father thought he wanted to wed her to his son Shawky. Youssef escapes from the mental hospital.

As Omar quarrels with Eliwa, Abdel Aal and Farghali, he throws the three of them in jail. Nevin agrees to her engagement to Ayman. Omar asks Nadia to end her relationship with Eliwa and tell him the truth.

Nadia evades meeting Eliwa and asks him to stay away from her, but he refuses. Shawky gets caught up in his engagement to Azhar after her father believes that Farghali refuses to wed her to his son and not to him.

At the engagement of Eliwa and Nadia, Eliwa is kidnapped before he reaches the party, and Nadia is exposed to a scandal in the papers and the media after Eliwa doesn't show up at the ceremony.

Azhar's father discovers the truth of the misunderstanding and refuses to wed her to Farghali because of the age difference. After Nadia confesses to Eliwa that she deceived him, he decides to stay away from her. Shawky discovers Nevin's engagement and decides to marry Azhar.

Karkur lures Eliwa into releasing a press report to discredit Nadia and expose her forgery of the death-threatening letters; the police arrest her before Eliwa goes to acquit her. Nadia receives real death threats.

As Eliwa saves Nadia from an attempted murder by an unknown man, he becomes suspicious of Omar, so he makes Karkur keep track of him.

Shawky breaks up with Azhar and returns to Nevin. On her wedding night, Laila flees from Khalil with Medhat. Omar tries to find Nadia and Eliwa's hideaway.

Nadia is kidnapped by Alaa, whom she imprisoned, and she discovers Hanafi's complicity with him. The police and Eliwa succeed in saving Nadia before arresting Hanafi and Alaa. Nadia marries Omar, and so Eliwa marries Bataa.
