Dr. Jehan returns from America and finds out that her husband Khaled has been cheating on her with her friend Dalia. The janitor discovers Dalia's murder, and Jehan is arrested on charges of killing Dalia, who informs Khaled of her pregnancy before getting killed.

It becomes clear that a quarrel occurred between Khaled and Dalia before her murder. The property’s janitor sees Jehan coming out of Dalia’s house and Farah accuses Jehan of killing her sister. The counselor, Hossam, appoints a lawyer to help Jehan.

Dalia's jewelry disappears and Farah suspects Khaled. On the other hand, the prosecution sentences Jehan to 15 days pending the case, and the lawyer meets the janitor, Moslehi.

As Khaled justifies his marriage to Dalia to Hamza due to Jehan's neglect of her home, Jehan's mother goes to visit her in prison and learns of her divorce from Khaled. Jehan confesses to owning a gun without a license, and Farah receives a call confirming that Jehan is the one who killed her sister.

Jehan's situation becomes more complicated after the detectives find a gun in her desk drawer at the college. Adel tries to find out who used Jehan's keys while she was traveling. On the other hand, Hossam asks Adel not to see him, especially after Hossam got assigned to Jehan's case.

Jehan's case is postponed until there are witnesses, and the lawyer learns that Jehan was with her mother at the time of the crime. Hamza loves Farah, Dalia's sister, and tries to persuade her to return to her work, but she refuses and kicks him out of her home.

Khaled tries to convince Farah to return to work, but she decides to return to Alexandria. The lawyer casts doubt on the testimony of the property security guard who claims to have seen Jehan on the day Dalia was killed. However, Mortada testifies that he saw Jehan putting the gun in her desk drawer.

The lawyer reassures Jehan about the case despite the testimony of witnesses against her and goes to the college to interrogate Murtada. So, he confirms that Jehan took the gun before committing the crime. Murtada is taken to the hospital after being hit by a car, and Jehan remembers her relationship with Dalia.

Jehan remembers Khaled celebrating their wedding anniversary and blaming her in the presence of Dalia. On the other hand, Khaled borrows a huge sum of money due to his financial crisis, loves Dalia’s sister, Farah, and wants to marry her. The court decides to transfer Jehan’s papers to the Mufti of the Republic.

Yasmine suffers a nervous shock after her mother, Jehan, is sentenced to death. As Farah goes to Khaled to check on Yasmine, Hossam is taken to the hospital. On the other hand, the doctor tells the prison warden that Jehan is the only one capable of saving Hossam’s life.

Hossam's father asks Jehan to operate on his son and forgets that he sentenced her to death. However, she refuses at the beginning, then agrees, and Farah goes to Khaled to find out where Dalia got the money from.

Jehan operates on Hossam, and the prison warden agrees to allow Jehan to see her daughter, Yasmine. Farah finds in Dalia’s house a dangerous file incriminating Hamza for taking bribes, she tells Khaled about this and he becomes angry. On the other hand, Hossam resigns and decides to work as a lawyer.

Jehan's daughter, Yasmine, is kidnapped. Hossam becomes a lawyer in Jehan's case. As Al Dab'a demands a ransom for leaving Yasmine, Khaled and Al Dab'a are injured in a shooting and taken to the hospital. Hossam goes to Moslehi after learning that he has become rich.

As Dalia learns that Hamza embezzled money from the company, Moslehi confesses to taking money from Farah to bear false witness and to stealing Dalia's apartment, but he did not kill her. Hamza justifies his theft to Khaled by the latter's betrayal of Jehan and his marriage to Dalia.

Hossam defends Jehan and the court rules her innocence. Khaled is arrested after Al Dab'a confesses that he asked him to kill Dalia. A video appears of a quarrel between Dalia and Jehan, who accidentally shot her, and Jehan is arrested again.
