An Iraqi director and actor, born in 1947. He studied film directing in Bologna in the early eighties, and directed and acted in many radio and television series, including Our Homes and the Neighbors' Homes, and The Barrier. He began his career in the early sixties, and immigrated after the imposition of the siege on Iraq in the early nineties, moving to several countries such as Jordan, Tunisia, and Qatar, finally settling in Damascus, where he died. |
