A Lebanese actress, who arrived in Cairo in the fifties after spending her childhood in the USA. While in Egypt, Silvana participated in five films, in most of which she played supporting roles, usually of a coquette or a foreign maid. Her first film was The Path of Happiness,...Read more directed by Kamel El Hefnawy in 1953. She left Egypt in the early seventies for her native Lebanon, where in 1971 she presented her last film, The Loss, a Lebanese/Egyptian production directed by singer Mohammed Salman. After a few years in Beirut, the Lebanese civil war forced her to leave Lebanon and return to the USA.
