An Iraqi director, born January 7, 1926. He graduated from the Elementary Teachers' School in 1943, and obtained a BA from the Faculty of Arts at Cairo University in 1953 and a music diploma from the Arab Music Institute in Cairo in 1955. He worked in education and supervising...Read more cultural programs on Iraqi television. He also worked in Saudi Arabia for 3 years. He directed the film Nebuchadnezzar, which was shown in El Nasr Cinema on December 3, 1962. He was one of the founders of the Cinema Department at the Institute of Fine Arts, and the Department of Cinema and Theater. He is the husband of the Iraqi novelist Lutfia Al Dulaimi. He died in 1995.
