On the stage she joined Sameer Ghaanem comedy troupe to take lead roles in “Ana wel-nezhaam we hawaak i.e. Me, the Regime and your love” and “Bahloul fe’Stanboul i.e. Bahloul in Istanbul”. In 1997, Gihaan married a rich Arab and quit acting.
