He worked in the Ministry of Culture after 2003 as a senior research head and an assistant director general. He is a weekly columnist in the ministry's weekly newspaper, Cultural Attitude and a deputy editor-in-chief in one of its magazines. He is a columnist in Al-Zaman newspaper. He held a master's degree in public administration in the field of knowledge management from the College of Administration and Economics, University of Baghdad. He published more than sixty studies in administration and economics on the Internet. He has books on knowledge management and strategic management. He received a Certificate of Creativity on “Iraq Continues Creativity” competition in the field of studies and research from the Ministry of Culture in cooperation with the National Center for the Protection of Copyright and Neighboring Rights. He is known for the series Fiddling of Tears.
