He composed the symphony "Al Bahhar Wal Asefa" (The Sailor and the Storm), performed by the Berlin Symphony Orchestra. It was performed in some European capitals, such as Paris, Berlin, and Vienna, as well as in the Egyptian Opera House. He participated in the Carthage Festival in Tunisia, the Arab Music Festival in Egypt, and the centenary of the birth of Mohammed Abdel Wahab.
