Egyptian artist, born into an artistic family, her uncle is the artist Mahmoud Reda, the pioneer of folk art in Egypt. She participated in a number of movies, and debuted with The Half-Year Vacation, as a child. She joined the Higher Institute of Theatrical Arts, after which she joined the Reda Troupe for Folk Arts as a performer and also managed the band for a period. Among her most prominent plays in which she worked is You Are Free, Hamlet, as well as working as an assistant director in the play Carmen (2000).
