The two met and Jackie Chan performed in (several remakes of Bruce Lee films). However, this endeavor would turn out to be completely unsuccessful. Critics have suggested that the failure of those movies can be attributed to the fact that the style displayed by Jackie Chan is very different from that of Bruce Lee. Despite this (initial set back) Jackie Chan refused to give up. He would subsequently play several minor roles and it seems as though he was ignored by Hollywood.
