She married writer and director Alexander Payne and their first movie together was the 2004's Sideways. She's known for playing Dr. Cristina Yang in Grey's Anatomy, for which she won a Golden Globe and a SAG award. Her other credits include Killing Eve, Under the Tuscan Sun, and Turning Red.
