An American actor, stand-up comedian, producer, and writer, born as Daniel Lawrence Whitney in Pawnee City, Nebraska, on February 17, 1963. He was one of the members of the Blue Collar Comedy Tour. He voiced the character of Mater in the Cars franchise. His other notable works include Larry the Cable Guy: Health Inspector (2006), and Delta Farce (2007)
