An American actor, writer, director and producer, born on November 21, 1944 in Chicago. He graduated from the University of Washington in 1966. He began his career as a joke editor in a magazine. In 1969, he joined the Second City improvisational comedy troupe in Chicago. His most notable films includes Ghostbusters, Groundhog Day, Stripes, and Knocked Up. He died on February 24, 2014 in his hometown of Chicago.
