Biography
Moroccan film director and producer, born in 1969 in the city of Inezgane, near Agadir. He then immigrated with his family to Belgabeka at the age of five, there he studied primary and secondary before joining university and studying sociology and graduating from Brussels...Read more University. His professional experience was between Belgium, Turkey, Asian countries and Morocco. He worked as a photojournalist in Belgium for several TV channels. After that, he dealt with the Asians with whom he was greatly influenced by, and he developed the idea of cinema and films instead of reports. During his stay in Morocco, and precisely in the city of Agadir, which he used to visit with his family every summer, he had the idea of producing and directing local films similar to the Thai experience in this field. Among his most famous works are: The Cousins (2021), Masood Saida and Saadan (2018), and Road to Kabul (2012).
