Mike Flanagan is an American editor, producer, writer and director. He was born on the 20th of May, 1978 in Salem, Massachusetts. A graduate of Towson University's Electronic, his feauture film debut was in 2000 with “Makebelieve” at the age of 21, followed by the...Read more award-winning “Still Life” (2001). He then worked as a producer for Discovery and ESPN in 2002, and in 2003 he directed “Ghosts of Hamilton Street.” He also was the director of photography for the cult horror film “Chainsaw Sally.” In 2005, Flanagan made the horror short “Oculus,” which was turned into a feature film that was released theatrically in 2013.
