An American actor, born in New York, on July 11, 1931. Hunter appeared in his first film, The Lawless (1950), at the age of 18, and he gained fame after his performance in the movie Battle Cry (1955). In the early sixties, he managed to work in television and presented The Tab...Read more Hunter Show in 1960. He is known for the films Polyester (1981), Lust in the Dust (1985), Out of Dark (1988), and Dark Horse (1992). Hunter also wrote the story for more than thirty films. Hunter was a homosexual, as he admitted in his memoirs, published in 2005.
