Linda Cristal is an Argentine actress, born in Buenos Aires, on February 23, 1934, as Marta Victoria Moya Burges to a French father and an Italian mother whom she lost in a road accident in 1947 and was the sole survivor of the accident. She received the Golden Globe Award in...Read more 1959 and 1970, and the Bambi Award in 1970. She married Robert W. Champion (1958-1959) and Yale Wexler (1960-1966), with whom she has two children. Among her most important works are The Perfect Furlough (1958), The Alamo (1960), Two Rode Together (1961), and The High Chaparral (1967). She mastered the Spanish, Italian, French, and English languages, which gave her the opportunity to star in Mexican, Italian, and American films. In 1985, she returned to her homeland, Argentina, and starred in the series Rosse (1985), after she retired.
