Ron had a major role in Hollywood cinema during the fifties and sixties, and he had a role in the golden age of television and appearances on Broadway and the Actors Studio. He continued his professional work until the mid-nineties. He died in Los Angeles, California, USA, as a result of complications from a stroke.
