John Craven...Read more is an American actor, the son of the famous actor Frank Craven, and the father of the actor Frank Craven, and John Craven was from a family with a long history in theatre, consisting of successive generations, many of them bearing the name Frank.John Craven was born in New York City, He joined Beverly Hills High School in California, in the early thirties, and John intended to be a surgeon, but he deviated from the path, due to genetics, and became a theater director, then a theater, film and finally television actor. During four decades, he appeared in many plays and films, and has many From television roles, he is remembered for the role of George Gibbs in the play Our Town, where his father played the role of theater director, and when the play was turned into a movie, the role was played by the unknown actor at the time, William Holden.
