American model and actress born Gloria Pallatz in Brooklyn, New York, US on 15 July 1927. She worked as an aircraft mechanic during WWII. After the war, she won Miss Flatbush 1947. She worked as a model and showgirl at Reno and Las Vegas. She made her debut on an episode of Racket Squad (1952). Her most notable works as an actress include Commando Cody: Sky Marshal of the Universe (1955), Space Patrol (1952), and The Crimson Kimono (1959). After her retirement in the late 1960s, she worked in real estate and was very successful, and wrote over 13 books about filmmaking in Hollywood, as well as her autobiography. She married twice and had one child. She died of heart problems on 30 December 2012 in Burbank, California, US.
