Celebrating the forteenth anniversary of "The Godfather" with a Judicial conflict.

When Francis Ford Coppola took out "The God Father" in March 1972, he didn't imagine that after four decades that it will be the best movie in the history of cinema.In the synchronization with the fortieth anniversary since the movie was exposed, a huge Judicial conflict has occurred between the family of the movie writer "Mario Puzo" and Paramount producing company that has produced the triple. The dispute started with both novels "The return of godfather" for the great writer Mark Winegardner and " Corleone family " for Ed Falco. The two famous writers has agreed with the family on benefiting from "Corleone's" family for money. While on the other hand, according to the producing company, the contract signed with Puzo gives it the right of being the only intellectual ownership of the novel and the characters included and nobody is able of using them without the company's permission. The matter that Puzo's family completely denies.Moreover, the company is suing Puzo's family for a 10 million dollar for the intellectual property rights in the novel and its characters.The famous actor Marlon Brando has presented the character of " Don Vito Corleone" in the first part while Robert De Niro played the same role in the second part and both actors received an Oscar award for playing this role.
