Zinhom El Samahey, rest in peace.

Born in Alexandria on 26 July 1936, actor Sayyid Abd El Kareem passed away today at the age of 76 after a long period of illness. Sayyid started his acting career in the late 1960's through many supporting roles in series and films. His famous roles were in TV series "Al Rayah Al Baidah", "Ahaleena", "Zezenya" and the film by Youssef Shahin "Al Mohager". He never got a lead role in any film or drama, but he was very famous in his role as "Zinhom El Samahey" who was the kind but strict and gallant café owner in "Layali Al Helmeya" which was written by Osama Anwar Okasha.The funeral was today afternoon in Masjed Al Nour in Abbaseya.
