Actress Emily Blunt will be joining Tom Cruise in his new film "All You Need Is Kill" which is a sci-fi literature adaptation from the famous comic books written by the Japanese author Hiroshi Sakurazaka. The story takes place in the far future about a soldier fighting aliens who gets caught in the last day of his battle that is repeated over and over again by his murder. The soldier gains better skills in his combat and every time tries to find a different destiny. Sakurazaka admitted that the story is affected by "Groundhog Day" which is a film produced in 1993 and starred Bill Murray about a day that is repeated in a man's life. However, he added that "All You Need Is Kill" will have a different impact as the sci-fi and war events changes many things. Emily's role might be the soldier's companion who helps him in his mission. The film is directed by Doug Liman who didn't set a work plan yet due to Tom's busy schedule. But the film will not be released before 2014.
