It took director Spike Lee a few months of negotiations with stars and four rejections to finally find complete the cast for his re-make of the Korean film "Oldboy". The film that received the Grand Pix at Cannes holds within it a huge amount of violence and sex which explains the rejections it received from four great stars."Oldboy" is about an average man, Oh Dae-Su played by Josh Brolin, who found himself kidnapped and imprisoned in a cell for 15 years without explanation. He is then set free to start his violent revenge journey searching for his kidnapper and the reasons behind it. At the end, Oh Dae-Su gets unwanted answers from the villain played by Sharlto Copley who accepted the role after Collin Firth and Clive Owen. Elizabeth Olsen accepted the role of the girl who helps Oh Dae-Su in his journey after the apologies from Mia Wasikowska and Rooney Mara.Spike Lee will be shooting soon to release the film by summer 2013.
