Lebanese star Nadine El-Rassy won the award for best actress for the second year in a row from the annual "Wogooh men Lebanon" ceremony, according to the poll created by "For Lebanon" Association.She received the shield of honor in the ceremony held in the Ambassadors hall in Lebanon Casino, where lots of public figures and stars were in attendance such as Wael Kafoury and Maia Diab.Organizers of the event assured that Nadine's win came directly from crowd's voting which shows how genuine and true her popularity based on her spontaneity and professionalism.Nadie thanked all in attendance, and thanked god for the love of the crowd which can't be bought with all the money in the world.
