With the beginning of all Ramadan series and the release of the first episode of each; it was noticeable that some settings were used in more than one drama due to the high number of series and a shortage in studios.In the first episode of "Vertigo", actor Nedal El Shafei was in the setting of his character's bedroom talking to his father's spirit which is the same bedroom setting of Mostafa Shabaan and his wife Leqaa Al Khamisy in the series "Al Zogah Al Rabeaa – The Fourth Wife". "Vertigo" is directed by Osman Abu Laban, script by Mohamed Nayer and stars Hend Sabri, Mai Selim, Yousra El Lozy and Salwa Khattab and "Al Zogah Al Rabeaa" is directed by Magdi El Howary and stars Hassan Hosny, Mimi Gamal, Ola Ghanem, Heba Magdi and Dorra.
