Still in the Pipeline: Hosny Saleh Denies "Gahim Romancy" Is Ready to Shoot

Director Hosny Saleh denied that he was ready to start shooting his film " Gahim Romancy" (Romantic Inferno) by the end of September. He confirmed in a statement to that the film is still in the pipeline, and the preparation stage will require anywhere from two months to a full year before production begins, due to the huge amount of work to be done technically and production-wise.

He added that some sequences will be executed with more and more advanced technology, as producers have come to an agreement with director of Global Battles Bill Watson (who previously worked on "Spider Man") to work on the action sequences in the film. Watson will share producing credits alongside Egyptian Ahmed el Gabry, and according to Saleh a number of foreign actors will appear in the film.

Saleh said he had begun to hold intense work sessions, the last of which Watson attended four days ago.

"Gahim Romancy" will star Nour El-Sherif and Mai Ezz Eldin. Other actors that are candidates for roles include Mahmoud Yasine, Amr Saad and Hany Salama ("El Da'yea").
