Hefzy on his New Films, and Upcoming Ministry of Culture Meeting

Producer Mohamed Hefzy said in an exclusive statement to that he's excited about the screening of his movie “Asham” at the Oran film Festival in Morocco. “ Asham” is part of the official features contest and will be also screened at the Women's Film Festival of Salé.

And about his other movie “Farsh We Ghata,” Hefzy said that it will be commercially released this November following the movie's participation in Toronto Film Festival. Hefzy added that “Farsh We Ghata” will participate in the official contest of London Film Festival and will also be screened at Abu Dhabi Film Festival in October.

In other news, and as a member of the Chamber of Cinema Industry, Hefzy revealed that a meeting will be held on the upcoming days between the Ministry of Culture, a number of the Chamber's members and producers like Essad Younis, Mohamed Hassan Ramzy and others to discuss the possible solutions to the setback the industry is suffering from.
