Asser Yassin: "Farsh Wa Ghatta" documents an important phase in our history

In an interview with presenter Dina AbdEl Rahman, actor Asser Yassin revealed that his mother was acting inhis last movie “ Farsh Wa Ghatta.” He also said that whatencouraged him to take this role is director Ahmed Abdallah's othermovies that he liked.

Yassin added that he was enthusiasticabout the movie because it relies on the actor and not on the scriptor the dialogue. For him the movie documents an important phase inthe history of the Egyptian people.

“Farsh Wa Ghatta” premiered lastmonday in Cairo. The movie participated in many festivals and wonMontpelier Film Festival's Grande Prix.
