Watch: Nishan Calls on Nancy Ajram, Abed Fahd and Tony Khalifa for Ice Bucket Challenge

Lebanese show host Nishan has performed the famous “Ice Bucket” challenge yesterday, calling on Lebanese singer Nancy Ajram, fellow Lebanese show host Tony Khalifa and Syrian actor Abed Fahd to follow his lead.

The challenge, was created by the “ALS” (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) foundation, an American nonprofit organization, to raise money for research and patient services, and to promote awareness about the disease. It was performed by numerous celebrities, including Britney Spears, Shakira, Katy Perry and Justin Timberlake.

The challenge was also spread in the Arab world, with celebrities like Sandy calling on for Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, Tamer Hosny and Bassem Youssef to perform the challenge, and Najwa Karam challenging Elissa, Ragheb Alama and Ahlam, and Zamalek Football Club's Ahmed Hossam (Mido) challenging Amr Diab, and ex-footballers Hazem Imam and Mohamed Barakat.
