A man is bitten by a rabid dog in a village and suffers from rabies, so the villagers seek to get rid of the dog. A doctor, accompanied by his wife and nurse, transports the injured man to the nearest town for treatment, but they face difficult situations during their journey, as the injured man disappears midway, and the doctor begins to show symptoms of rabies as well.
