Amidst a huge number of investigations and cases, Major General Mohi spends most of his time away from his family and his wife, Aisha, who takes care of his children all the time.

Mohi retires, and despite his sadness, Aisha is happy with this decision, while boredom begins to creep into his life. Meanwhile, Amira rejects her fiancé Sherif’s request to travel to work abroad.

Mohi gets sick for staying at home all the time, and he begins to interfere in all the affairs of life and the house.

Mohi tries to control his children's decisions, and agrees with Aisha to take over the household budget.

Gumah is looking forward to his daughter Dina's marriage to Alaa, Mohi's son, and asks him to work with him. Amira breaks off her engagement to Sherif, which angers Mohi, who receives a threat from a criminal.

Mohi disguises himself as a fisherman named Ibrahim to solve the mystery of a previous crime, and stays at Gamiea's hostel with the private, Nofal.

Mohi gets to know the hostel's residents and learns about Al Shandawili and his relationship with the murdered Hikmat. Meanwhile, Dr. Ahmed confesses his love to Amira, and Gumah aspires to marry Sherif's mother.

Gumah orders one of his men to monitor Mohi, and Aisha objects to her daughter Amira’s relationship with Ahmed.

Mohi returns to the hostel, and Aisha is worried about him hiding the reason for his travel from her, while Antar suspects that Mohi is Hikmat's killer.

Nofal asks Mohi to return home because Aisha suspects that he is secretly married to another woman. It turns out that Gumah is a drug dealer who cooperated with Hikmat in distributing narcotic substances.

Mohi's family discovers his disguise to reveal Hikmat's murder, and Aisha receives an explicit threat of Mohi getting killed.

As he asks Mohi to use the basement of his house to store some merchandise, Gumah places a large gold box inside it.

Gumah's men kidnap Mohi's young son and threaten to kill him. Gumah informs the police about Mohi's gold smuggling trade, but the latter succeeds in setting a trap for Gumah and the security forces arrest him.
