Judge Ibrahim and his wife Tahani are experiencing financial hardship that makes them unable to meet the needs of their children. When he's offered a huge bribe in a drug case, he vehemently refuses, so he receives a threat to kidnap his daughter, Hanaa. Ibrahim decides to sell his land in the countryside to improve his situation, but this step completely changes the course of his life.
