The story of Fathalla Mahrous that extends from the 1940s until now, as he recounts his life as a son of an Upper Egyptian family that moved to Alexandria in the 1930s, after which he worked in a large textile factory in the late 1940s, then joined a trade union before the overthrow of King Farouk on July 23rd, 1952.
