Kyle attempts to visit Shawn in The 4400 Center but is turned away. Collier and other maniacs pose a threat to Richard and Lily's young daughter, Isabelle, and a psychotic 4400 who works in a small hospital job wants to build a massive communication device.

At a motel where Richard and Lily are seeking refuge, Isabelle makes some unexpected decisions. Meanwhile, Diana's sister pays them a visit, much to Maia's joy. Elsewhere, a particular 4400 skill impresses a baseball player. Collier works with a dealer in weapons.

Saliva from a salesman has a significant thinning effect on individuals. As Richard encounters a case of jealousy, Lily predicts a new pregnancy. Meanwhile, Collier shares Shawn's ethics, which Shawn finds repulsive, and Kyle gets enticed to attend an insane student party.

Some parents believe their child's teacher, a 4400, is abusing their child since some schoolchildren exhibit remarkable talents. Particularly toward Isabelle and her parents, Jordan Collier's attitude alters. A young homeless girl captivates Shawn's attention.

The NTAC is extremely concerned after Maia experiences a terrifying vision. Isabelle cries with desperation when Heidi visits her mother. Collier seeks Isabelle for essential guidance.

When Tom Baldwin awakes in an alternative reality, he finds that he has been married for two years to a woman he has never met. Jordan Collier is the governor, and there are no signs of any 4400s from the future with exceptional abilities.

The world of the 4400 has reverted to how it was 8 years ago after spending the past 8 years in a strange reality that only Tom and Alana can remember. When a 30-year-old 4400 woman wakes up, she discovers that everyone in her neighborhood has died. April's admiration for Maia is tested.

Unborn children's damaged chromosomes are mended by a male 4400 coming from Rwanda. When Kyle suddenly remembers what he did during his blackout, he is in a complete state of sorrow. Richard goes to the funeral of a former soldier. Diana makes a difficult family choice.

While Tom is trying to locate Kyle, NTAC is eager to track down the murderer of Jordan Collier.

NTAC experiences a terror assault on Jordan Collier's birthday and receives threatening letters. Kyle fears that a good man will be found guilty of killing Collier. NTAC treats Maia for a strange infection. Isabelle transfers her special contact to her father instead of continuing with her mother.

As several of them are as sick as Maia, the authorities headed by Dennis Ryland want to isolate every one of the 4400. Kyle calls Marsden's girlfriend while being tortured by his conscience.

Maia continues to deteriorate, and 7 of the 4400 have already passed away. Diana pulls a gun on Dr. Hudson out of distrust and desperation. Richard begs Lily to return after she leaves with Isabelle. Alison reaches Kyl since Marsdem is unable to escape a long prison sentence.
