Hamada, the son of Mansour Pasha, suffers from a mental disorder, prompting his father to order his driver to bring a barber to their home to cut his hair. The experienced barber, Mahsab, meets Hamada, but a quarrel soon breaks out between them. Mansour Pasha intervenes and scolds Mahsab. Despite this, the relationship between Hamada and Mahsab develops, and the haircut is not completed in one session, leading Mahsab to return to the Pasha’s house several times.
