The psychiatrist Sherif Abu Akl is hired at the psychiatric hospital in Bel Shifa, and everyone welcomes him, but this joy quickly dissipates when the owner of the hospital threatens to demolish it to build a commercial complex. Sherif finds himself in an unexpected confrontation as he allies with a team of crazy patients to save the hospital.
