A young man named Salem falls under the influence of a jinni who inhabits a mandolin instrument. The spirit drives him away from his beloved and throws his life into chaos. His family tries to cure him using traditional folk remedies, but to no avail until Umm Rashid intervenes, using Islamic spiritual healing (ruqya) to expel the jinni and save him.
