Nooredin Khanzadeh owns a sunflower seed processing workshop. Local farmers sell sunflower seeds to Nooredin and he sells them to a man living in Tehran so that he can sell these products in Turkey. The man dies and many shocking facts are revealed.

Nooredin settles his debts, while earthquakes occur in the west of the country, forcing locals to relocate to the desert and stay there for a while until conditions improve.
Nooredin Khanzadeh's brother-in-law, Bahador Khan, discovers a gold mine and tries not to tell anyone. But as villagers, including Salman and Sirous, get involved in the matter of the mine, the villagers try to extract gold from the mine, while Fariborz and Salman compete to marry Shirin.
