Maqamāt is a program consisting of several short films. It is presented in cooperation with A Kiss in the Desert and Zawya. This month’s edition is in cooperation with BIAS-AME and Megawra as part of the Sightlines public programme. The program highlights the engagement of filmmakers with the city and its conflicts. The programme includes three short films: Slow Shift (2023), dir. Shambhavi Kaul. One Image, Two Acts (2020), dir. Sanaz Sohrabi. Letters from Your Far-off Country (2020), dir. Suneil Sanzgiri.
