A Syrian actor and director residing in Helsinki, Finland. He studied acting at the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts in Damascus and graduated in 2009. In 2010, he traveled to Finland to complete his academic studies at Metropolia University in Helsinki and obtained a diploma in performing arts and art education. He worked as an acting teacher in a number of schools in Finland and Sweden. In 2012, he studied film directing at the London Film Academy. In 2015-2016, he completed his MA in Film and Television Directing and Production at Cambridge School of Art, Anglia Ruskin University. He directed and produced many films and documentaries. Some of his credits include The Other Side of Hope (2017), Fallen Leaves (2023) and The Daffodil (2008).
