Hamad quarrels with his son Mohamed because of his love for music and neglect of his studies. When Mohamed goes secretly to the Institute of Music, the professor is impressed by his voice. As Mohamed admires his colleague in the institute, he finds out that she suffers from family problems.

As Mohamed sings at a party in which many important figures are present, everyone admires his voice and his fame grows bigger. When Abdel Salam travels to sing in Egypt, he suffers from the Egyptians' lack of understanding of the Moroccan dialect.

As Abdel Salam returns to Morocco, he offers to compose for Mohamed. When Mohamed discovers that Abdel Salam is sick and needs surgery, he forces him to go to the hospital.

As Mohamed gets married, he suffers from recurring problems in his marital life. When Mohamed becomes ill, his life hangs by a thread.
