The club, called "Green Heights Sporting Club" is established in Hadeq Al Ahram, and its opening ceremony had witnessed large media coverage by local and international channels like Reuters, MBC and Rotana. Also, the young and promising youth members of Rotaract Al Nozha under the leadership of Mr. Ayman Al Sayyed volunteered for this event.The attendees included football star Ibrahim Seed who complemented on the playgrounds and "Black Theama" band who released the first video clip ever in sign language. Ameer, from "Black Theama" stated they participated in this event due to the significance of this group of people and how important it is to help them communicate and blend in the society and be part of its development. Also, actor Amr Ramzy was there as he is the most active member to contribute in such social events. To participate for the first time in such imitative was Lili Qassem who expressed her willingness to attend more similar events and demanded to be informed of them. On the other hand, Khaled Al Samman, agent of international players in the FIFA, announced he will start a project to discover talented deaf players to train them for local and international games. The fun part of that day was a friendly match between the Pyramids Institute team and actors and deaf team where the result was a whopping 7 – 2 in favor of the Pyramids team. The ceremony also included an election for an ambassador for the deaf, and actor Rami Wahid was elected for that position.
