The ninth round of Picture Encounter Film Festival which is held at the French Cultural Center in Mounira. The festival aims to support the independent filmmakers and their work. It offers three awards which are: an invitation to attend Mediterranean Film Festival in Montpelier, an invitation to attend Marselia Film Festival and the Audience Award.
