Nabil Ayouch is a French-Moroccan film director and producer. He was born in Paris in 1969. He started his career as a screenwriter and director at the Euro-RSCG advertisement agency. His feature film debut was Mektoub, which was awarded Best Arab Film at the Cairo International Film Festival. His film, Ali Zawa, won more than 40 international awards.
