An Egyptian actor, he obtained a high school diploma from Mansoura Military Secondary School in 1967. He didn't pursue his education, as he loved acting since his childhood. He appeared in several films in the 70s and 80s, including Antar holding his sword, The Kidnapped and the Price of Alienation. He also appeared in many in television series, until his death in the late 1980s. He was well known for portraying the roles of villains with great mastery.
