A French writer and novelist whose novels received positive recognition from film makers in Egypt and the world. Director Hassan El Imam presented the movie People's Hearts (1954), an adaptation of Mary's novel "The False Father". Hassan El Imam also presented his film Truth Has a Voice, another adapted work of Mary's "Roger la Honte".
