An Egyptian actress who obtained her bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Commerce. She appeared in a number of films during the 70s and 80s, including The Girl Who Said No, A Storm of Tears and Gentlemen Men. She retired from acting in the early 90s after suffering a health crisis, and wore the hijab. She died in 1993 of complications from breast cancer she suffered from in her final years.
